At Deer Season Never Ends, we are committed to providing high-quality merchandise and a satisfying customer experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or refund by contacting us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please provide the following:
- A photo of the damaged or defective item
- A description of the issue
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you of the next steps. Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost, and refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
2. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or discounted products
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return request for a damaged or defective item is approved, we will process your refund. You will receive the credit back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the item was damaged or defective.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at jstabena21@gmail.com and provide your order number and a description of the issue.
